Group Fitness Studio

State of the art group fitness room with specialised aerobic flooring the lastest in audio technology will ensure powerful and musically driven workouts. The studio will hold 30 RPM™  indoor cycles and enable a space for 25 participants in the other workout class styles.

Cardio Theatre

The latest in computerised cardio training equipment. Clientele will be able to tune in to one of four channels with the latest news in cardio theatre TV monitors. Stretch zone and bar, fitballs, mats, bosu’s and kettle bells available to use.

Gym Floor

Boasting revolutionary Human Sport equipment designed to reflect human body mechanics. Dual-function, cable-based machines act as multiple workout stations by utilizing dual weight stacks to provide a wide range of total body training options, including Base Strength, Core Stabilization and Dynamic Movement training.

Modern new amenities for those that wish to shower and change after their workout.
